Speed
When there is a problem at a busy retail establishment, we know that getting it resolved quickly is of high importance to our clients. Thanks to our extensive network of specialty subcontractors and vendors, and our own in-house technicians, we can provide service in a time frame that meets demanding requirements. Typical time-sensitive services that we can dispatch on are door and window problems, electrical faults, roof leaks and plumbing issues.
Convenience
We know that the busy managers at our client firms appreciate the ability to make a single call to Waynco to get the ball rolling on a wide variety of projects. Since we routinely remodel and build commercial facilities, we can handle service calls for all of the following trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, fire sprinklers, hood fire suppression, kitchen equipment installation, storefronts, doors, windows, ceramic and quarry tile, suspended ceilings, painting, FRP, casework and cabinets, drywall, stucco/EIFS, siding, insulation, masonry and stone, concrete, asphalt, striping, landscaping, irrigation and site work.
Scheduling
We understand that disruptive service work often cannot be performed during the 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday time period. For that reason, we can offer after hours service if necessary and are very experienced with coordinating this special requirement.
